When you create an account on AfroDatin, you're agreeing to these Terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the app.
1. Eligibility
You need to be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and not listed on any sanctions or sex-offender register.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Use your real name, your real photos, and information that's actually about you.
- Keep your login details to yourself. Anything that happens on your account is your responsibility.
- We can suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, nudity, scams, soliciting, fake profiles, scraping, or trying to make money off other members. The full picture lives in our Community Guidelines.
4. Subscriptions and wallet
Premium and wallet top-ups are billed in advance through Flutterwave. Subscriptions renew on their own until you cancel in Settings. Wallet credit is non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
5. Your content
Your photos and messages stay yours. By posting them, you give AfroDatin permission to host and display them so we can actually run the app.
6. Disclaimer
AfroDatin is provided as it is. We can't promise that a match will turn into a relationship. Use the safety features, trust your gut, and meet in public for first dates.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AfroDatin isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at whatever you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AfroDatin is incorporated, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
