Refund Policy

This page explains how billing works on AfroDatin and when refunds apply. Premium and wallet top-ups are billed in advance through Flutterwave.

1. Premium subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Settings → Premium → Cancel. There are no phone calls and no winback offers.
  • When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge you again after that.
  • Payments already made for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

2. Wallet and coins

Wallet credit and coins are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. If a top-up didn't go through but you were charged, email billing@afrodatin.com with your transaction reference and we'll sort it out.

3. When we do issue refunds

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • You were charged but the Premium or wallet credit was never delivered to your account.
  • A refund is required by the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@afrodatin.com with your account email and the transaction reference. We review every request and reply within a day.
